The Homeschool Book is a non-profit project to build a comprehensive, free resource for parents considering homeschooling or actively homeschooling their children.
To do it, we will draw from experiences of real homeschooling families, classical children education books, and the wealth of resources, tools, apps, and curriculums available today.

About Us
The Homeschool book project was started by a formerly-homeschooled student and now parent passionate about raising children well, who like many parents has grown frustrated with the many struggles their child has encountered within the public school system.
We are parents who believe that children have an immense potential to do great things, if simply given the chance. Homeschooling can be that chance. We want to help parents taking responsibility for their children's education, to give their children the best experience they can.

Our plan
We want to create a practical guide that helps parents make the decision to homeschool, and build a high quality homeschool program using the many available resources that suit their particular needs. To do this, we will seek to discover, catalogue, and organize insights from real homeschool parents, classical childhood education books, and leading homeschooling organizations and thought leaders. Here are the 3 pillars of this approach:
1/ Learn from real homeschooling families
To share lessons learned across the spectrum of homeschooling needs, challenges, and wins.
2/ Draw from books on childhood education
Human nature does not change quickly. Instead of chasing latest studies, we want to draw from well respected and proven insights into child development.
3/ Create an online database of homeschooling resources
To help homeschooling parents create their unique program from the many resources available today.
